Microlearning 3
I developed this microlearning prototype as a personal project to enhance my analysis and real-world problem-solving abilities.
- Responsibilities: Instructional Design, eLearning Development
- Target Audience: International adult learners
- Tools Used: Inshot, 7taps, Padlet
Analysis and Design
I analysed online content to identify common complaints about a company’s product. I chose to address the omission of the Hacking Second feature in an old caliber. I designed a mobile eLearning experience to inform brand enthusiasts, clients, and relevant stakeholders about the updates to the new caliber, namely the inclusion of a haking second. Mobile eLearning was selected for its practicality, efficiency in delivering content quickly, and flexibility in using various formats. Data collection capabilities were also deemed crucial for making informed strategic decisions to maintain customer loyalty.
Key Takeaways
- Effective analysis of customer feedback informs product improvement.
- Mobile eLearning is a practical and efficient medium for timely content delivery.
- Data collection aids in making strategic decisions for customer retention.
Development
During this phase, I had my first experience with 7taps, and I discovered its effectiveness in crafting diverse learning content within a reasonable timeframe.
Key takeaway:
Initial disappointment regarding SCORM compatibility has been resolved. The company now offers seamless LMS integration.
